However, some users have found it to be lighter than expected. Despite this, it is still great for strength training and rehab exercises, as well as dry land swim training. It is sturdy, reliable, and highly recommended by personal trainers. Users have not encountered any issues or problems, and the durability is satisfactory. The instructions recommend replacing the cords every 2 years for safety reasons. On the other hand, there have been reports of poor quality where the rubber cord broke off the plastic attachment after only a couple of workouts.
