Made of well-crafted cast iron with a removable handle and a wooden base, this pre-seasoned plate is perfect for roasting vegetables, searing steak, and cooking delicious dishes. The plate is heavy-duty and retains heat, keeping food warm longer. The handle and wooden base provide safe and easy handling, ensuring that your table stays safe from burns and melting. However, it's not recommended for use in making flatbread pizzas as the dough tends to stick to it. The pan is also not as big as expected, so it might not be able to accommodate larger dishes. Still, it's easily maintained, with a simple hot water wipe-down. It's an excellent item that comes highly recommended for any food lover looking for top-grade cookware.
