- The large centering head with it's one piece Y' shaped body is now also magnetic. This will free up the users hands for safer and more accurate layout marks. This tool is designed to establish and make a center line at any angle around the circumference inside and outside on a pipe or tank. Use it as a protractor level, or remove and use the hardened center punch for other marking jobs. The vial in the 360 degree dial is easy to repair. The 2- 1/2 degree increments are now replaceable on the main body for lasting service. For pipe 10 and larger Made in the USA 53085-M
