WORK SHARP Knife Sharpeners Editorial Review
The Upgrade Kit for the Precision Adjust Knife Sharpener has garnered praise from customers for its impressive effectiveness in sharpening various types of knives. Many users report a transformative experience, stating that even knives they struggled to sharpen by hand for days were brought back to life with this system. The ease of setup and the thoughtful design of the carrying case, which keeps everything organized, are particularly noted features. Customers appreciate the system's ability to maintain a Consistent angle throughout the sharpening process, a significant aid for those who have struggled with freehand sharpening. The final results typically yield an exceptionally sharp edge, with many users achieving a near mirror-like polish on their knives after a bit of practice and patience. There are mentions of a learning curve, particularly in mastering the technique and adapting to the specific requirements of different knives. Some users recommend utilizing additional resources, such as YouTube videos, to enhance the experience. The quality of the build and clamp for holding the knife securely is also highlighted, ensuring that users can sharpen with confidence. While the system has many positives, a few drawbacks were noted. Some users wished for a slightly taller design to avoid the knife hitting the work surface during sharpening. Additionally, care must be taken with larger knives, as applying too much pressure can dislodge the magnetic clamp. Overall, this knife sharpener kit is well-received for its outstanding performance, user-friendly design, and reasonable price, making it a popular choice among both novice and more experienced knife owners. **
