رأي أخصائي التغذية
Mrs. Stewart's Bluing is not a nutritional product; it is a laundry additive primarily used for maintaining the whiteness of fabrics by counteracting yellowing. As such, it does not contain any nutritional benefits and is not intended for human consumption. Nutritionists do not consider this product with respect to dietary needs or health claims, as it is not food. Potential drawbacks include the risk of accidental ingestion, which can lead to harmful health effects due to its chemical composition, including sodium and other additives. Therefore, it is crucial for consumers to use the product as instructed and keep it out of reach of children. Overall, this product is not a 'healthy choice' in the context of nutrition or health, as it does not pertain to dietary practices or lifestyle.
