Ultimate Support Stands JSMCFB6PK Editorial Review
The Ultimate Support JS-MCFB6PK JamStands Series 6-Pack Tripod Mic Stand Bundle has garnered a mixed reception from customers, centered primarily around their quality and practical utility for budget-Conscious musicians and sound engineers. Multiple reviews praise the sturdy build for the price, with comments highlighting the sound stands being well-made and functional for basic needs in rehearsal spaces or smaller gigs. The inclusion of two mic cable clips per stand is noted as an added value, though some users wish the mic clips themselves were included in the package. Users appreciate the ease of adjustments available with the stands, noting that the user-adjustable hex bolt mechanism allows for precise customization without much fuss. On the downside, several complaints emerge regarding the overall durability of the stands, especially when transporting them to various locations. One customer experienced breakages in several stands upon arrival, casting doubt on their ability to withstand rigors associated with frequent travel. Additionally, users point out that the non-removable booms and the insufficient weight support limit the type of microphones that can be effectively used with these stands. Though they perform adequately for lighter mics or background use, they struggle with heavier gear. The included carrying bag, while useful, has been described as subpar, being too short for practical use and lacking in durability. Despite these drawbacks, many users feel that the impressive value—six stands for under $100—cannot be overstated, particularly for home studios or rehearsal spaces where top-tier durability is less of a concern. In conclusion, while the Ultimate Support JS-MCFB6PK stands offer significant cost savings and satisfactory performance for non-professional applications, Prospective buyers should be wary of their limitations concerning portability and durability. **
