- Tired of paying excess baggage fees? The Aqualung Pro HD Compact BC, an ultra-light, weight-integrated, back-inflation BCD that is everything you need without extra weight or bulk. Lift it and feel for yourself that even a ML/LG weighs less than 4.75 lbs (2.2kg) with airway and weight pockets included! Can be packed flat or rolled. The perfect BCD for travel. Innovative tank support system eliminates the need for a hard pack. A valve strap pulls the top of the cylinder in towards the center of gravity transferring the load to the hips and relieving the shoulders. The back inflation BC has a rolled collar that adds comfort when diving. The Aqualung Pro HD Compact BC has the Aqualung Wrapture Harness System (patented). Using patented swivel shoulder buckles and a proprietary, ultra-thin back plate, the Wrapture provides unsurpassed comfort and stability. Wrapture prevents the BC from riding-up on the surface. Out of the water, the Wrapture keeps the cylinder close to your center of gravity and transfers the weight to your hips. The result is the ability to stand up straight with a cylinder that is perfectly vertical.The Aqualung Pro HD Compact comes equipped with the renowned SureLock II Mechanical Weight Release System (patented). This unique weight integrating system provides a safe, single-pull release. Inserting weight is as simple as insert and click. With SureLock, your weights are secure in the BC. Once engaged, the only way to release the weight is to pull on the handle. The Sure-Lock II Mechanical Weight Release System has a 20 lbs (9kg) capacity in all sizes. The Pro HD Compact can also have an optional fixed non-releasable weight pockets attached to the cylinder band with capacities of 10 lbs (4.5kg).Buoyancy control is provided by the Powerline inflator mechanism. Powerline is the time-proven airway that has been powering Aqualung BCs over the years. From its over-molded lower unit and stylish hose to its cable activated rapid exhaust, what's not to like? Increased fill rate; now one of the highest air flows in the industry. Environmentally sealed unit for less maintenance. Integrated hose clips attach to the hose to lower profile and streamline gear. Cable activated rapid exhaust at the top, simply pull down on lower unit to dump air. Inflator includes dust cap cover for QD nipple. Inflator comes with a 3/8 threaded low pressure QD hose. To further enhance buoyancy control, the Pro HD Compact the right shoulder pull dump is easy to locate and use. Lower rear dump is useful for horizontal or head down orientation. Large pull bobs are easy to locate and grip with thick gloves. The low-profile flat valves reduce drag when moving through the water. Attachment and storage of accessory items are accomplished with the BC's 6 plastic D-rings, knife attachment point. and the one-fold-down pocket. Securing the cylinder to the Pro HD Compact is easy with the universal slotted tank band. The BC's chest and waist straps can be adjusted for personal comfort with the squeeze-style side release buckles. The back inflator BCD has a lift capacity range of 22 lbs to 34 lbs (10 kg to 15.42kg), with the XXS/XS and S/M with 22 lbs (10kg) and the ML/L, XL/XXL with 34 lbs (15.42kg). BC comes with an owner's manual.
