Wixey Protractors WR418 Editorial Review
The Wixey Digital Protractor with Miter Function has garnered mixed reviews from customers, primarily influenced by initial battery issues and varying experiences with customer service. On the positive side, many users appreciate the accuracy and functionality of the protractor, noting its effectiveness for tasks that require precise angle measurements, such as woodworking and quilting. Customers have found it particularly useful in replicating non-standard angles and improving the quality of their projects. However, a significant downside has been reported Consistently across multiple purchases: the protractor's tendency to drain batteries quickly, even when turned off. This issue has led to initial dissatisfaction among users, who have required replacements and new battery purchases. Despite these challenges, feedback regarding customer service has been overwhelmingly positive. The seller, Acme Tools, and the manufacturer, Wixey, have demonstrated notable commitment to resolving issues, offering quick replacements and gracious communication. This high level of customer service has left a lasting impression on users, ultimately resulting in a favorable long-term experience with the product once the initial concerns were addressed. In summary, while some users faced disappointing battery performance at first, the exceptional responsiveness of customer service has helped to significantly improve overall customer satisfaction. **
