رأي أخصائي التغذية
Refresh Celluvisc Lubricant Eye Gel is primarily designed to provide relief for dry eyes, utilizing a low-viscosity formulation that mimics natural tears. From a nutritional standpoint, this eye gel does not contain traditional dietary ingredients, but it offers significant benefits by improving eye moisture and comfort, which can enhance overall well-being, especially for individuals who spend long hours in front of screens. The ingredients are generally safe and well-tolerated, with no preservatives, making them suitable for those with sensitive eyes. However, while it effectively alleviates dry eye symptoms, it does not address the underlying nutritional aspects that can contribute to eye health, such as omega-3 fatty acids or antioxidants. It is important for consumers to pair use with a diet rich in these nutrients for comprehensive eye health. Overall, while Refresh Celluvisc is beneficial for symptomatic relief, it should not replace a balanced diet for optimal eye care.
