The softshell material provides excellent weather resistance, making them suitable for cold temperatures and windy conditions. Customers appreciate the added snow guard feature, which helps keep snow out of their boots. The pants have been tested in extreme temperatures, with one customer reporting that they worked well in 10-degree weather when paired with thermals.
