Profoto Shoe Mount Flashes B10X Editorial Review
Based on the review given, the customer had a poor experience with the Profoto B10X. The charger stopped working, and they had to cancel six photo shoots as a result. Although they bought a replacement for $240, Profoto support informed them that the seller should have replaced it for free. At a subsequent photo shoot, the light began to fade due to a Bluetooth error, and eventually, it failed to turn on entirely. The customer would like a complete replacement, as they consider this to be a broken light, especially given that it's expensive, and they had saved up for a long time to buy it.
