NioBe Unique Graphic Pattern Designed Leggings offer a mid-rise fit and are not see-through, making them a great buy for cold weather. Although the brand doesn't specify the location of production, the leggings are made of a blend of Polyester and Spandex. The quality, however, is a mixed bag; some buyers had holes in the leggings after a few uses, while others had no problems. But in general, those who found the leggings both comfortable and attractive enjoyed them for being a funky attention-getting wardrobe addition.
