Vasque Hiking Boots MONOLITH-W Editorial Review
The Vasque Women's Monolith Hiking Boot is a lightweight and comfortable option for hiking enthusiasts. These boots require no break-in period and are comfortable right out of the box. They provide good support and are suitable for walking through puddles and water. However, it is important to note that these boots run narrow, so it is recommended to size up. Some customers have found that they needed to go up half a size to ensure a proper fit. Additionally, the boots are not waterproof, so they are not suitable for use in snow or heavy rain. Some customers have reported durability issues with these boots. The paint on the leather by the toes has worn off easily, and the sole of the boot is quite thin, causing the wearer to feel every rock on the trail. This is a departure from the previous quality of Vasque hiking boots. Overall, the Vasque Women's Monolith Hiking Boot is a comfortable and lightweight option for hiking, but it may not be the most durable choice. It is important to take into Consideration the narrow fit and lack of waterproofing before purchasing.
