رأي أخصائي التغذية
As experienced nutritionists, we typically advise on dietary supplements and food products, not eyewear like the TruVision Readers - 9601. However, the blue light-filtering properties of these computer reading glasses can provide indirect nutritional benefits by helping to reduce digital eye strain. Prolonged exposure to blue light from screens may disrupt sleep patterns, which is linked to overall health and well-being, including metabolic health. Wearing these glasses may enhance sleep quality, promoting better mental function and encouraging healthier dietary choices. It's worth noting that while there are no direct nutritional ingredients in this eyewear, its potential to improve eye comfort and reduce fatigue aligns well with a holistic approach to wellness. Thus, they are a good choice for those spending long hours in front of screens, though they should not replace proper eye care or ergonomic practices.
