- NasalCEASE is a first aid calcium alginate wound dressing for minor cuts and nosebleeds and comes with 5 sterile packings measuring ¾ inch by 1½ inch for convenient use at home, school, office, or for sports and emergency kits. To use for nosebleeds, twist or fold the packing for easy insertion and insert completely into the nasal cavity, leaving in place for 30 minutes. For cuts, cover the bleeding wound and apply pressure with fingers for one minute or until bleeding stops, then remove or cover with an adhesive bandage.

| Instructions | When a nosebleed starts, blow your nose to clear any clots. 1. Tear open the sterile pack where indicated. 2. Twist the ends for easy insertion. 3. Insert so the exposed end is just to the base of the nasal cavity. 4. Remove within thirty minutes as shown on package. If blood is still coming from the nose after removal, insert a second pack and remove it after another thirty minutes. Refer to the enclosed package insert for additional information. |
